The client journey
Step 1
Initial meeting
The first meeting is all about gaining an understanding of your requirements and your goals for the future. Weāll complete a fact-finding exercise to learn more about you and explain our services and fees. This initial meeting is held at our expense and usually lasts around an hour.
Step 2
Analysis
Once we have all the information we need, weāll go away and analyse your requirements. Weāll research the market and produce a detailed, personalised recommendation report built around your objectives.
Step 3
Second meeting
We will meet again to present our recommendation report. Weāll take you through it in detail and answer any questions you might have, as well as taking you through all costs and fees. If youāre happy with the proposed strategy, weāll set things in motion.
Step 4
Implementation
At this stage, we will put your plan into action. Weāll contact all product and service providers on your behalf and take care of all the paperwork, while our support network will ensure youāre provided with regular updates on your progress.
Step 5
Ongoing services
We believe the best outcomes stem from an ongoing relationship, allowing us to regularly review your financial plan and ensure itās still suited to your circumstances and objectives. If you opt-in for one of our ongoing services, weāll meet at least once a year to revisit your strategy, and adjust things in line with your requirements.
